Meet Stephanie Friedrich, Associate

A longtime leader and Associate with the Sisters of the Holy Name of Jesus and Mary, Stephanie’s services include 18 years of ministry, pastoral care and liturgy coordination for the diocese of San Jose. For eight years, she served the dying in hospice work. She holds a certificate in Spirituality from Villa Maria del Mar in Santa Cruz, CA with specialization in Spiritual Accompaniment and Retreat Ministry. She has led workshops in Lectio Divina and Centering Prayer since 2000. She is active in social justice efforts and works with homeless and low-income individuals. In 2017 she initiated a program called “No One Dies Alone” at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz.
