BENEFITS COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LAKE OSWEGO, OR

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are currently recruiting for a full-time Benefits Coordinator/Administrative Assistant with Medicare/ Medicaid experience. The position has the primary responsibility for ensuring that all Oregon Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary receive appropriate health insurance and public benefits, based upon the Sisters individual needs and circumstances, and according to the Health & Well-Being Office guidelines. This position meets directly with and assists Sisters in accessing benefits and is responsible for maintaining current and accurate benefits information that follows established guidelines; also provides administrative support to Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) for day to day care coordination needs of the Sisters.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience; a minimum of two years’ experience coordinating Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security benefits; employment experience coordinating health insurance for persons over the age of 65; and one to two years’ experience in a healthcare environment.

CLINICAL CARE COORDINATOR / FULL-TIME – SPOKANE, WASHINGTON

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator. As part of the Province Health and Well-Being department this position provides nursing care management to the Sisters (SNJM) who live primarily in Spokane, WA. The Coordinator consults and advises regarding the healthcare needs and services of the Sisters; performing all essential functions of care coordination.  This position contributes to the enhancement of the Sister’s understanding of her own medical needs.

Qualifications: Supports the mission of SNJM; Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred; RN with 5 – 8 years’ experience including home health care management experience, or equivalent. Prefer Professional Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) certification.

Processing Archivist / Full-Time – Lake Oswego, OR

Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary are currently recruiting for a full-time Processing Archivist. This position is responsible for the appraisal, arrangement and description of archival material in the U.S.-Ontario Archives Department located in Lake Oswego, OR. General responsibilities include; describes archival materials according to institutional and professional standards; maintains statistics to monitor supply levels and to improve collection management functions; and assists in maintaining the Province Archives’ database. This position participates in departmental projects such as outreach publications and special events to promote the history of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM), U.S.–Ontario Province.

Qualifications: Supports the mission of SNJM; Master’s degree from an ALA accredited library and information science program with archives emphasis or equivalent; Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with archival practice, preferably from government, business or religious archives.
